STEPS TO GET START THE MS EXCEL :-

        WINDOW FEATURES

1. Worksheet:- A grid of cell cover with whole sheet in row and column . The worksheet cover with 16384 columns wide (A-Z,AA-AZ,BA-BZ,CA-CZ.......up to XFD)  and 1048576 rows long.

2.Cell:- Cell is define as the intersection of a row and column. And its always named with the column letter and row number,(e.g. A11,C420,Z48 etc) and you can input text, number, date, time and formulas in the cell.

3.Cell Range:- More than one cell select together is create a range. A range of cells is identify by its first and last cell address. The first and last cell address separated by a colon. For example A5:D10,D1:G11 etc.

4.Name Box:- Name Box displays the active or selected cell location or address.

5.Insert Sheet:- Inset sheet helps to add a new sheet by clicking on it.

6.Status Bar:- Display the information of the selected or current worksheet.

7.Formula Bar:- This formula bar is used to input formula for calculation or edit any cell contains.

8.Title Bar:- It shows the worksheet file name which you are named before.

9.Menu Bar:- Menu bar have drop-down sub menus which performs all controls of the worksheet are presents in GUIs format.

10.Quick Access Toolbar:- Displays quick access to commonly used commands.

11.File Tab:- The file tab replaced the Office button and it presents at the top left corner of the application and it helps to manage the Microsoft application; such as Open, New, Save, Save As, Print, Close, etc.

12.Ribbon:- Displays groups of related commands within tabs, each tab provides button for commands.

13.Ruler:- The horizontal and vertical ruler is used to adjust items in the worksheet.

14.Layout Option:- Display the different view mode of worksheet. 

15.Row:- It is the horizontal bar of the worksheet.

16.Column:- It is the vertical bar of the worksheet.
